Welcome to the Mulbarton Primary School Forest School blog!

It's looking particularly colourful in our Forest School area with the Field Maple leaves slowly changing colour with autumn, such a beautiful time of year!

Year 3
Meeting all the Barn Owls for the first time was brilliant and the forest school sessions were amazing. They were all very relaxed and we did some great activities such as den building, leaf printing, knot tying, making a rope bridge and nature art to mention a few. We also had a great campfire at the end and toasted marshmallows.

From Oct 29th until the Christmas holidays it will be The Kestrels' turn, every Wednesday afternoon.

Years 4,5 and 6

The group one children had a fantastic start to Forest School last term.
The activities included den building, leaf printing and knot tying, although some children just like digging holes or making amazing mud cakes.

The children also enjoyed our conker craft table where all kinds of interesting items were made!

Now it's time for group two to enjoy for the rest of the autumn term. All children know what group they are in.

Some pictures from last term.
We will be adding more photos and other interesting items/observations
